r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<br>Cultiver la d\u00e9tente du corps et de l&#8217;esprit par la relaxation, la respiration, la visualisation, les vibrations, afin de faire la paix avec formation a pour but de pouvoir transmettre la m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents publics: personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, patients, coll\u00e8gues, collaborateurs, adultes, enfants et
